Jacqueline Conquest is from the Mornington Peninsula and has been practising law since 2002, with a background in commercial law, human rights, family law, Wills and estate planning.
Jacqueline has specialized in family law since 2008. She was drawn to the complexities associated with this area of law, coupled with the opportunity to work alongside families in need of support. Jacqueline’s background, technical experience and professional standing provides the best legal support for families facing conflict. She is a highly experienced negotiator and regularly represents clients in the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court, and Magistrates Court in relation to property, children’s issues and family violence.
In addition to being a highly skilled lawyer, Jacqueline is a trained mediator and collaborative professional. Collaborative practice provides clients access to an approach designed to achieve outcomes in a beneficial way within a co-operative professional framework.
Jacqueline practises in Wills and estates and is completing a Masters of Law in this area. She provides legal advice and representation in the preparation of Wills and estate planning documents, probate and challenges to a Will.
Accredited Family Law Specialist
Leonie practises in Wills & Estates and Family law. She has a strong interest in the intersection between the two areas, with a particular focus on property matters, including Trusts and Self-Managed Super Funds.
Leonie takes a holistic approach to estate planning. Having settled many estates, she appreciates the problems that may arise when applying for probate and can use that knowledge to help clients avoid such issues.
Leonie also has a background in superannuation death benefit claims and has a solid knowledge of the claims process.

Debbie is the first point of contact for the firm and handles all new enquires and calls.
Debbie has worked in family law for many years. She loves being able to help clients and is known for her reliability, compassion and empathy.
Debbie works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Charlotte is affectionately called the firm’s ‘super assistant’ and has a gracious ability of being able to tackle many different tasks with calm and composure. Charlotte works part time at Walls Bridges as ‘super assistant’ and spends her other time as ‘super mum’. She comes from a family of lawyers with a love of the law, and her father now in his 80’s still practices with a passion!
